FTF BRAND Return Policy

FTF BRAND accepts returns on most merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The clothing tag must be attached.
  • Returns must include clear images showing the item in brand-new condition, neatly folded, with the clothing tag, barcode, and ziplock bag intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods and personal care items (e.g., soaps, cosmetics, face masks).
  • Intimate, sanitary, or hazardous items .
  • Digital products and e-gift cards.

How to Return an Item:

  1. For assistance, contact our support team at ftfllc20@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is ready, drop it off at your local post office. All returns are shipped to our warehouse in Florida. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Processing Your Return:

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse.
  • Once received, we will inspect and process the return within 7 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
